  1. 01Introduction to cryptography: symmetric and asymmetric cryptosystems, key management
  2. 02Cryptanalysis; stream ciphers, block ciphers, and Feistel ciphers
  3. 03Hash functions; data integrity, authentication, and perfect secrecy
  4. 04Public-key cryptography and discrete algorithms: ElGamal, algorithmic number theory, primality testing
  5. 05Security of ElGamal and RSA encryption; RSA key generation; discrete logarithm schemes
  6. 06Selected cryptosystems: DES, RSA, and the AES symmetric block cipher
  7. 07PKI, SSL, and VPN
  8. 08Digital signatures, pseudo-random number generation, and cryptographic protocols
  9. 09Certificate authorities; policies and procedures for the proper use of cryptography
