  3. 03File systems: directories, subdirectories and file paths
  4. 04Application packages: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, CorelDraw
  5. 05Internet operations: web browsers, e-mail, search engines
  6. 06Document creation, editing, formatting and printing
  7. 07Modern statistical computing and data management; verifying and transferring data
  8. 08Introduction to SPSS: summarising data, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, and probability distributions
